These terms govern your use of mysite-name's paving stone manufacturing and delivery services across England. Please read them carefully before placing any orders to ensure a clear understanding of our operations, customer responsibilities, and the supply process.

1. Service Agreement

By placing orders with mysite-name whether through our website, telephone, or in-person-you agree to these terms. Our paving supply services operate in compliance with relevant UK building material standards and trading regulations.

We manufacture and supply concrete paving products, block paving, and related landscaping materials through our production facilities and delivery network across England.


2. Product Specifications and Variations

Our paving products are manufactured to consistent standards, but natural variations in colour, texture, and shade may occur between production batches. We recommend ordering sufficient materials from the same batch for your project to maintain consistency.

While we provide sample images and descriptions, actual products may show slight variations from website representations due to screen settings and photographic conditions.


3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful order fulfilment and delivery, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Ensure safe access and adequate space for delivery vehicles
  • Check quantities and products upon delivery
  • Provide any specific delivery instructions in advance
  • Arrange assistance for moving materials if required

Preparation and clear communication help us provide efficient service and timely delivery.


4. Order Process and Confirmation

All orders undergo processing confirmation where we verify availability and delivery timelines. We provide order acknowledgements with expected delivery dates and keep you informed of any significant changes to the schedule.

Large or specialised orders may require extended lead times, which we will communicate during the ordering process.


5. Delivery Services and Limitations

We provide kerbside delivery to accessible locations. Our drivers will place materials as close to your project area as safely possible, but cannot undertake complex manoeuvring or enter properties with restricted access.

You are responsible for ensuring delivery vehicle access and having appropriate equipment or assistance available for moving materials from the delivery point.


6. Delivery Timeframes and Scheduling

We provide estimated delivery timeframes based on product availability and delivery routes. While we strive for punctual delivery, factors like weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or vehicle availability may cause adjustments to scheduled times.

We maintain communication regarding delivery progress and will inform you of any significant changes to expected arrival times.


7. Payment Terms and Pricing

Payment terms vary by order value and customer type. Retail customers typically pay upon order confirmation, while established trade customers may have credit arrangements. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, card payments, and approved credit accounts.

Prices are subject to change based on material costs and delivery requirements, with confirmed pricing provided at order confirmation.


8. Cancellation and Returns Policy

Orders may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours after confirmation if production has not commenced. Custom or specially ordered products may have different cancellation terms communicated at time of order.

Returns of unused, undamaged products may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to restocking fees and collection costs. Products specifically manufactured to customer requirements cannot be returned.


9. Product Warranties and Limitations

Our paving products are manufactured to relevant British Standards for durability and performance. Specific warranty terms vary by product type and will be outlined in your order documentation.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects and do not extend to issues resulting from incorrect installation, inadequate sub-base preparation, or damage during handling and installation.


10. Technical Advice and Support

We provide general technical guidance on product selection and usage based on our experience. However, we cannot accept responsibility for installation outcomes, as final results depend on site conditions, sub-base preparation, and installation techniques.

For complex projects, we recommend consulting with qualified landscaping professionals for specific installation advice.


11. Quantity Calculations and Ordering

We provide quantity estimation guidance based on your project measurements, but final quantity requirements are the customer's responsibility. We recommend ordering 5-10% extra to account for cuts, waste, and future repairs.

Colour matching between different production batches cannot be guaranteed, so ordering sufficient quantity for your entire project is advised.


12. Delivery Inspection and Claims

Please inspect delivered materials upon arrival and note any visible damage or discrepancies on the delivery documentation before signing. Claims for transit damage or order errors must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Late reports may limit our ability to process claims, as we cannot determine when damage occurred after materials leave our supervision.


13. Product Storage and Handling

Paving materials should be stored on level ground, protected from direct soil contact and kept in their packaging until use. Proper handling equipment should be used to prevent damage to product edges and surfaces.

We cannot accept responsibility for product damage occurring after delivery and during customer storage or handling.


14. Complaints and Resolution Process

We aim for complete customer satisfaction with our products and services. If you have concerns about any aspect of your order, please notify us promptly. We will address legitimate concerns through our established resolution process.

Product-related complaints should include photographs and order details to help us investigate and resolve issues effectively.


15. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
